Pasted in the street, these images shift the gaze once more.
Women once photographed to be looked at reclaim their desire and assert it in a space that belongs to everyone.
Some works leave the studio to enter public space as posters and stickers.
The words extend the image and give desire a more direct voice.
Intimate within the painting, it becomes visible here, assertive, sometimes confrontational.
