I reinterpret vintage images and icons from art history to give female desire the place it has long been denied.
The artistic vision
Through the octopus, I give form to what has long been left unspoken: women’s desire, pleasure and freedom.

A presence, a partner, a fantasy or an energy, it accompanies women from vintage images and iconic works as they reclaim their own space.

Five series explore, in different ways, women’s desire, pleasure, freedom and emancipation.

Art in everyday life
My works leave the studio to inhabit places where people live and pass through: restaurants, bars, shops, cultural venues and public spaces.

I choose to show them where paths cross naturally, reaching people who may never have set out to look for art.

Beyond the painting

Some works extend beyond the painting through reproductions and objects. Another way for the images to travel and become part of everyday life.
